AtLastXO is an all-in-one event planning operating system, designed and built by planners specifically for professional planners. It is a one-stop shop: track potential clients, create contracts for your clients, and hand them a client portal where they manage their event alongside you — with a vendor portal, a guest portal, transactions made inside the software, and much more, ensuring a seamless event.

AtLastXO is strategically designed for professional wedding planners, coordinators, and planning teams who manage multiple events and want to be more organized.

What does AtLastXO replace?

AtLastXO is enterprise software that has been built with planners in mind. We understand that there are many different tools and moving parts to bringing a seamless event to life, and AtLastXO brings all of those moving parts together. Instead of using multiple apps, websites and email, with multiple spreadsheets on the go, we have consolidated everything you need into one workspace. Everything works together: a contract gets signed, and it is automatically checked off your list; a guest RSVPs, and they are added to the roster to be seated, with their allergies attached.
